Suann has been practicing yoga for 8 years. Her love for yoga was formed when she tried a few times and found the changes within her body. She started her regular practice to make yoga a way of life and participated in different workshops learning from International teachers. She believes in different teaching styles and techniques to allow her to explore deeper.
The passion is not stopping just at the physical level, she devoted 200 hours to immerse herself into the deep yoga philosophy, human anatomy in the Yoga Teachers Training course.
Suann teaches all types of Hatha Yoga with a deeper love for Back bend. You will feel her lively teaching style and get destress in and after class.
