In this training, we will teach you how to achieve your dream backbend poses. Every human body is different and we have different obstacles in backbend.

 

We will share some important and effective techniques which will help to unlock your obstacles. This training will help you to deepen your knowledge about body anatomy and will make you understand better how to practice back bend safely.
