Anna Lee – New to Yoga

Personal Training

Anna expresses interest in yoga as she feels great after each class at Trust.  She wants to increase her metabolism rate.  After one month attending group classes, she started Personal Training.  She comes daily for one class and does personal training once a week.

 

On her 4th Personal Training session, she successfully stood on crow (Bhakasana) for 2-3 seconds.
