Unlike others who start yoga early, Alice already carries tight shoulders after years of desk work and life style.  Yoga journey began at the mid 60s does not stop her determination to wanting to fix the shoulders.  In her personal training session, stretching the deltoid, scapular muscles, collar bone muscles at different direction, also unlocking the shoulder joints.
