This was the first time I attempted to do this transition. The instructions were split, twist, grab the back leg, and fold forward. I was hopelessly lost with the first three instructions, especially the twist, until my teacher came to help me.
The first try with the forward bend was not successful, I did not grab my back leg properly, I lost the grip in the middle of the forward bend.
Learning from the experience, the second time I managed to grab my leg better, and I only have to focus on the forward bend.
I am so happy to see the videos came out nicely! I seemed to have turned into a pair of “giant scissors”.
